Independent legal advise is often required for business funding, property securitisation, bank overdrafts or equity release. At Alistair Haggerty Legal Services we have experience across all of these areas and would be happy to advice you before you enter the guarantee.

Do you regularly need legal services? Don’t need a lawyer full-time? Our service packages allow you to find just the right fit for your legal needs.
Ad-hoc
Great for those who are unsure at the moment on how much legal work they might require each month or who have not worked with lawyers before.
It provides a great way for us to work together to resolve a legal problem and find out if we are a good fit.
For Ad-hoc services, a 3 hour minimum applies to this option and any additional time will be billed at the end of the calendar month.
Retained
For those who have a more regular need for legal services, the Retained option is a firm favourite.
Providing you with guaranteed legal service for you or your business as and when you need it without the worry of obtaining quotes and setting up a new project each time you have a legal question.
For Retained services, a 5 hour minimum applies to this option and any additional time will be billed at the end of the calendar month.
Secured
Need an In-House Lawyer/Head of Legal/General Counsel?
Our Secured option is perfect for those discrete projects or when you need a lawyer working with your company on a fractional basis (part-time) but you do not need to go as far as employing an in-house lawyer.
