Hi I’m Alistair. I’m a Commercial Disputes lawyer who, over the last 18 years, has worked in-house and in private practice . This unusual background means I offer pragmatic and commercially focused advice, allowing me to tailor my advice to achieve an outcome that best suits each individual client’s needs.

Having worked at senior and Partner levels for regional and national law firms, I became a Consultant Solicitor with Nexa Law Limited in July 2024. A daunting step, some said, but this has allowed me to focus my attention on my client’s legal issues. 
Based in Loughborough, Leicestershire, I am well placed to assist those located in Derby, Nottingham, Leicester or the surrounding areas. 
Not based in the midlands? Not a problem. I am regularly instructed by businesses and individuals from all around the country and regularly conduct business virtually using a variety of video conferencing platforms.
